Yep. I think I am done with this company now. I have defended them through a lot, but this is too far. I know it's not the remaining livers' fault, but I just can't continue to support them while they're in this company or while management continues to be this bad. Things have been terrible since early 2023 and I wouldn't be surprised if there was a change in management behind the scenes at that time because 2021-2022 were great times for Nijisanji. I've heard they put out applications for a new manager for EN a while back but I'm not sure if that's going to do much good if it's just going to be someone who's forced to behave the way the current management is behaving. I know there is potential for the company to recover, because I watched Hololive go through some bad times and then have a stellar recovery once they got rid of Omega. So I am open to returning someday, but I have got to hear word of massive changes to the management, a return to the days of talent freedom that they had in 2021-2022, before they decided that going in a draconian direction was somehow a good idea that would benefit the company, forgetting the whole reason they got popular in the first place was because of their freedom. I see this company going in one of two directions. They are going to feel a strong backlash from the decision they have just made, so they will either realize they have to change, and recover, or stubbornly refuse, and crumble to dust.
