lvl 4 is the cap for manager, the workers can go up to platinum stars. Haven't figured out the exact formula for how much coins you get per stamina/efficiency yet, though.
I only know that
>you get +1 efficiency/+2 stamina per level
>they collect coins equal to their efficiency level per 'gold collecting instance' (but one 'gold collecting instance' is not equal to 1 point of stam usage)
Like, my deadbeat collected 34456 coins in total when I let it use up its 149 max points of stamina (beginning with 0 coins). That number can be divided by its 59 efficiency value, but I have no idea how those 34456 coins are related to its stamina value.
