if her forehead jewel disappears, you can try adding forehead jewel. there's another tag that supposedly describes it better but I forgot what it was
if her flaps disappear but you want them to come back to a particularly seed & proompt, you can try adding "hair ears" because that's what it sees them as excluding them can deflap her if that's what you're after but it's iffy and can give undesired results
