What are the odds of being successful as an European ESL male VTuber that speaks a bit of Japanese as well?

Unfortunately my accent is horrible because I never have the chance to speak English irl but I plan to improve while I stream and maybe create a bond with the followers that saw me improve over time, that sorta things.

For the lore I'm using the elements of the unpublished light novel I wrote myself (just an hobby of mine), it's gonna be a fantasy based lore.

Right now I cannot do anything since I'm not living alone anymore, the idea started when I was still living alone, sadly due to some circumstances my parents had to invade my 40 square meters home and ruin my life, I was interrupted twice while writing this post and both times for futile reasons, as expected of them. I dunno when I'll be able to get the project started and I feel like killing myself but anyways can I get a quick rundown on what tech is the best for face tracking right now? anything related to animations I can do it myself in Blender but I never had any experience with real-time tracking, I got no clue where to start and I know there're a thousand YT tutorials but I'd like to hear different opinions.
