Sooooo, people were speculating that this was not a suspension because they used "stopping activities" without giving a reason and never used the word "suspension"...

Only the JP version of the suspension mentioned "disciplinary measures" -

And those tweets were made by the "Cover Corp." Twitter account, not HololiveEN.

Since there was no JP announcement (which usually happens in these situations), this could also just be a case of the homo managers jumping the gun out of panic, seeing the discussion about the missed streams, but without having any answers to give to their fans.
