Sure, it doesn't help the person ends up acting like that at times, but comedic timing helps.

Would you like it if you were talking to a friend and a random stranger walks up to you and screams "SMALL DICK LMAO", just because it's true doesn't mean it's ok, if you were having sex with your gf and said the same thing that's ok because it's true isn't it?
