EN is more stale than basement water. Hololive as a whole at least still tries to avoid drama but the content has been incredibly stale for many years now. ALMOST 4 YEARS since the debut of Myth, what else can they even try to achieve now? Most checked out and have no ambition to do anything. Fuwamoco is at least somewhat trying.
Everyone else in EN pushes the same content as twitch whores but more controlled and SFW.

All the other companies are in a much worse place, obviously NijiEN too. This hobbie already became niche and people still haven't realized this. There is nothing new to do, no ambitions. Only niche streamers popping up here and there. I think it's a western problem from than a holoEN problem.

I don't know how is this controversial, anime had this too with most anime being normalfag isekai crap. It's why people liked Gushing over magical girls, feels so out of place in the stale normalfag world. I still try to tune in for people who try to do something different like Pamu, but they will never make it out of 3view no matter what now. The COVID boost is over.

But the real question is, why are you in 4chan instead of watching vtubers? Because the drama has become more entertaining than the streamers themselves.
