It's taking a normal amount of time and LazuLight actually just got theirs relatively fast rather than anything to do with popularity.
Eden-gumi, who were basically at the same time as Obsydia, still haven't all gotten one either. I bet if Obsydia didn't feel that obligation we'd have at least one or two of them as well, but they do so we have to wait for them ALL to be done, however long that takes.
The only reason people care so much in this thread is that it became a meme to yell about them.
