That's the culture behind streamer and idol culture as a whole. It's very difficult to strike a healthy balance between the relationships of streamer and viewer. And by "idol culture" I don't necessarily mean idol in the Japanese sense, but under the definition of the word "idol" as a whole. A superchat, or a donation, at the end of the day is exactly what it is: a donation. A way to support someone economically. A gift. It's gratitude from the viewer, and you aren't obligated anything in return. I remember Etika making this a point in his streams before he passed, before parasociality as a concept in streaming culture became popularized. I appreciate Kronii for not baiting her viewers with a parasocial relationship or girlfriend experience, because that just generates problems for both viewer and streamer, though she needs to set some boundaries straight as this level of obsession from Goslings and others like Rice will bound to create discomfort sooner or later for her. The average viewer, I feel, understands this, at least on an instinctive level. There is obviously a monetary incentive for going this route, but the psychological consequences are never worth it unless you're a sociopath. But I do believe she will put her foot down should it ever go too far or get to a point where it affects her mentally, though I don't know if it will be before it begins to affect her or after.
