Seems to be the calmer hours so here is a graph I stumbled across lurking in a youtuber discord.
The y-axis is Average Watch Duration * CTR for a sample of ~500 videos across multiple channels, with Shorts removed. The videos are sorted from shortest to longest on the x-axis.
If you don't understand from just the picture, this shows that the longer a video's average watch time, the more forgiving YT's algo is of low click-through-rates. It will serve the video to less and less interested audiences until either the click through rate or the average watch time falls enough that AWD*CTR dips below the middle of that big cluster. There seems to be some kind of exception for especially short videos.
Says nothing about viewcounts though.
