Here is the chart for that, with Gura and Ina and without Gura and Ina.
There is no difference in trend between both scenarios (except for some 1.5k dip), whatever trend that is affecting HoloEN is affecting them regardless of their presence or absence.

For posterity, here is the same chart but for HoloEN only, and starting in 2021. For reference, Sana announced her graduation in July 11 2021.
I don't think Sana's graduation tour is responsible for the incline HoloEN experienced in the middle of the year, considering tjhe announcement of her graduation came in July 11th and the incline started in May.
From what I can remember the EN girls did several high profile collabs and even off collabs in the period, no? That plus Holocure highlighting the girls for the JP audience are better explanations for that peak.
