You are drawing the mouth parallel to the nose, from a side view you can tell the mouth line in relation to the nose is a few cm behind. The girl has the head too big making the arm behind her head look too small but in relation to the body the arm isnt that short so making the head smaller should fix that, the other arm is being foreshortened right? you should make arm bigger gradually up to the hand, in your pic the shoulder is bigger then the arm is normal and then the hand is massive, the leg behind looks shorter, the toes need some more study.
