You block people for unprofessionalism, yet also talk about "spicy tips", which are just as unprofessional in any work environment outside of being a waiter or delivery boy.
From my times commissioning simple fanart I vividly remember most artists being quite opposed to being treated with tips, because it's their honest work and they don't want handouts and pats for being figurative "good boys", they also compile their prices so that no tips would be required. All they need is good communication and on-time payments, freelance couldn't give less of a shit of your boss roleplaying and "investments".
