I assume people use this for adjustment plays. Am I supposed to take these numbers and compare them with the previous day's or should I be comparing them with eachother(poi vs nasfaq)? Not too clear on what this chart means exactly.

Chart is simple enough but is this a good reference on what people are buying/selling for divvies or some long term plays?
