There's also some other circumstantial things. Like this character's gimmick being a huge IQ, while Pikamee supposedly had a 5 trillion IQ. The character's flat chested while the boing boing bit was always a thing with Pika. And the obvious stuff like her not being able to continue being Pika outside of VOMS so she has to create a new identity, Pika being an established name that would get a big reaction from viewers and an obvious target for VShojo, and the inherent value that a bilingual talent would provide VShojo who is trying to branch into the JP market while having formed in the EN side.

Basically it's been obvious from day 1 that it was her and the evidence only continues to stack.
