According to Elira and Selen's lore, picrel is their canon family tree. To be honest, the dragon sisters are wanked beyond belief in NijiEN's tier lists >>32352124, but Elira being higher than Selen is fair enough.

Still, there could always be a Gohan type of situation where half-dragons are stronger than full-dragons, especially given Selen seems to be able to access/communicate with the different Selens across the Selenverse - Soft Selen, the Selens in her 200K CELEBRATION prison break lore stream, the Selens in her TEST YOUR LUCK casino lore stream, and Air Force Commander Selen in the recent outfit review stream for example... but again, at the end of the day it's speculations without strong evidence in the actual NijiEN's universe.
