Prospective Tourney Format (According to what I think would work, This is my suggestion to LoTBOP as this is very tricky to decide otherwise)
>5 groups picked by the organizers in order to distribute different chuubas more equitably and to try and avoid overrepresentation
> all 5 groups do individual royal rumbles, where the top 5 in ring outs, with ties broken by how fast they were achieved moving on to the tournament stage
>All threads that are moving on will be reseeded based on the highest number of ringouts (again tie broken by the time taken to achieve said ring outs) and the top 7 threads obtain a first round bye.
>proceed into a standard tournament bracket (SE or DE, organizer's choice)
