I think Vienna suggesting Bowser was a very fandom kind of pick because on Twitter and other places Bowser always gets portrayed as a wholesome dad type of character who's always doing what's best for his kid. It's cute and not entirely out of line with his characterization in the games but it's still mostly made up by other people. Freddy Fazbear in Security Breach also has a very similar kind encouraging father-figure feel to him as well.

What I'm saying is Vienna's picks make it seem like she wants to meet someone to settle down with.
