Starting August 7 2023, Elira, Rosemi, Enna, Millie, Pomu, and Ike are taking simultaneous breaks.
Last year August 6-10, 2022, Elira, Rosemi, Enna, and Millie had a simultaneous break.

Basically these people are taking a break during the exact same time two years in a row, except the second year Pomu and Ike are included. This is clearly a birthday celebration.
Who's birthday? Well Enna is stupid enough to say on stream that she's "travelling" somewhere and needs someone to watch the house so it's likely not her. And Millie lives right by Enna, so not her.

It's either Rosemi or Elira, for sure.
Rosemi was the one making the most tweets about meeting up with Elira during this exact time last` year sounding really excited about the whole event, while Elira's twitter was mostly dead.

The birthday is either on the 7th or the 8th. However, since their breaks in 2023 start on the 7th it makes sense they'd leave one day for people to arrive. So it's almost certainly on the 8th.
Rosemi said she "left everyone", that makes it seem like she's the one travelling. If that's the case, the birthday might be Elira. That also explains why Ike is going, considering there is strong speculation that Ike and Elira are a thing (hence why he disguises the fact he lives in Canada).
