i used to be like this years ago
scroll the youtube page down partially so you can see the bottom quarter or so of the screen, however much youre willing to manage. that way you can see if shit jumps out but it wont have the jumpscare effect and you can still hear her reaction etc and dialogue to make up for what you cant see
