To understand how memes work it's basically this

Initial In Joke created->spreads through the wider board (sometimes forced)->adopted by other boards after initial hostility to 'crossboard memes'->adopted by people coming from other websites to get hot 4chan memes->final form (usually, garbage) and the joke is run into the ground and killed but keeps going somehow.

And so somewhere around the time it initially leaves its home board and breaks out into the wider world, the creatividad meme stopped being a criticism of Amelia being near-useless and was adopted by literal retards who love jerking off to Amelia fanart because most people are actually too fucking stupid to know when they're being insulted rather than praised. This is the state of the internet, 2022.
