No they don't.
HoloPDT isn't just a problem because of "muh EU" though
Even for Americans there are tons of dead hours and then suddenly 5000000 streams at the same time.
East Coast prime time is covered by like 3 Holos, all of which have amazing CCV btw, but Cover just acts like this timeslot isn't relevant because "UHHHHH MORE PDT MORE PDT"
Also, nobody wants to fucking watch VODs, it's soulless.
