She never hesitates to reach out to other branches (or with JP to be honest), and it's obvious how much her personality puts others at ease.

Fact of the matter is this is classic Polka. She has, for as long as I've watched her, made it a point to reach out to people and try to include everyone in whatever is happening. Heck, that's how her and Flare became friends. It's what's lead to some of the most enjoyable moments in Hololive. She is, for lack of a better term, a peak unity-Chad.

As for that tweet in particular, I would have to assume it's related to holofes coming up, the recent Idol costume reveal, and just having Idols on the mind.
