Seffyna's name has two F to represent Fortissimo, or very loud in music terms. Seffyna's singing can be quite loud and aggressive so when she sings she has this loud energy to her. In the begining it was, as you said, a prototype self insert drawing of her aggressively singing. It is one of the member emotes to this day that is reserved for when Seffyna sings very passionately
