i think what causes people to sperg out a bit is that she's completely destroyed and is in mourning over another man, while we're kind of awkwardly watching from afar. it gives it a bit of a cucky vibe. not meant as a shitpost, just a way to think about what's happening without calling people monsters with empathy disorders. it's a side-effect of the relationship we have with her. i didn't know him at all, so no i don't feel particularly sad. i see hundreds if not thousands of names in her chat every day. i don't have a single thought or emotion in my heart for the overwhelming majority of them, except for when shondo lifts them out of the sludge and holds them up like simba which is when i'm shrouded by jealousy and hate. because it wasn't me.
