This was Ina's art 11 years ago. She was decent but for a 18 year old it was pretty...normal? I know several anime artist way better than this at that age. Now she's a pro and earns a lot for drawing cute anime girls and acting cute and dumb in front of a camera.
What I mean is, everyone starts bad at drawing. Or at anything. No one picks up a pencil and draws like Yusuke Murata from the get go. Everyone starts drawing like shit. But keeping at it and making a real effort to improve will yield results and who knows it might even end up as what you get paid the most for.

She used to draw like this 11 years ago. She wasn't even famous until like 3 years ago so that's 7 years of getting good on the side without seeing a return of the time invested. She just kept at it, went through all the phases(following trends, giving away free art, taking comms for regular people, having a patreon, entering contests and not winning, entering contests and winning years later, selling merch at cons, taking jobs for kusoge and shitty LN, taking jobs drawing assets for mobile games, then loading screens, and then regular 3* and 4* characters, etc) until she became good and a respected pro in the field.
Are you willing to keep drawing for 10 years to see results like her?
