Two torpedoes for the theory:
1. YouTube pays by view time and ad impression from "high quality" views, not CCV. We would've seen a view cull instead if that was the intention
2. Back in 2021, the live CCV to archived CCV was different as well.

There's a slight difference between the live and archived analytics even for the 2020 cull. The 2021 cull was too big just to be minor verification differences, though.
