Kano was saving money for a new PC since December at least (when she said it was one of her goals for this year) - potentially longer - and with PUBG Lite closing in April she made buying a new PC a priority since she could barely play and stream Apex, let alone the full version of PUBG. Add superchats, fanbox and whatever little she makes in ad revenue over 7 months and she could afford it just fine.

Basically, she was disciplined in saving her money and re-invested the viewers donations into improving the stream's quality.
