There is literally nothing wrong with only wanting to watch cute girls on the telly interacting with other girls and wanting to gatekeep one of the few places who provide that kind of content. It's not schizophrenic, you don't have to be a unicorn to feel that way and what hololive offers is precious and worth protecting from turning into something else to appeal to a "wider" audience.

If this new branch turns out to be them going after the female/normie audience, hetshippers or whoever else and they have finally decided to divorce those efforts from hololive and do it all under a new branding it is a GOOD thing for everyone as long as it means it is no longer being pushed inside hololive.

I didn't watch all of those fleshtubers you mentioned but I'm going to assume the group ones were guys hanging out and playing games together correct? How would your enjoyment of that content be changed if every so often one of their boring fucking girlfriends was sitting in and ruining the dynamics? Maybe it doesn't happen every video, but every video it does happen in is noticeably worse and not what you started watching for.

There is a reason people want to gatekeep the fuck out of hololive and stars collabs and it doesn't have to be because people are unironically in love with their oshi (though they are often attached) The kind of vibe and content holo offers is remarkably rare, you really can't find it anywhere else, the absence of men is part of it and it needs to be protected.
