Best example you can see of this phenomenon in holo is Watame.
She's the quintessential ultra "comfy" type streamer and you'd think her audience would be fine with having silences in the middle of her streams while she's doing something, but no she regularly talks about things she's doing, or makes random chat if she's doing something monotonous.
