It's not hard to understand why.
The whole point of the vtuber experience is the interactivity, the fact the audience can actually interact with the talent.

The difference between Suisei and AZKi since their split from INNK is that, despite being AT VERY LEAST equally as talented as Suisei, AZKi was just not there.
She had countless sololives, an inordinate amount of original songs but very little interaction with the audience at large (outside her own music fans).

Meanwhile Suisei, despite not being a daily streamer, was fully embedded in the whole Hololive "ecosystem", being part of collabs, doing solo streams playing games and SPECIALLY interacting with the audience with "action zatsus" like Slither.io, Tetris and similar audience participation games
There is also the fact Suisei kept interacting with the larger "box" through collabs and participation in "shared sandbox" games like Project Winter (which ended up being her biggest break back then), Minecraft and now RUST.

Calli is behaving a whole lot more like AZKi right now than like Suisei.
She streams more than either, of course, but most of her streams are essentially a way to reinforce her bonds with her existing audience, doing very little to fully embed her self into the "Holo box".

You can see that for half of that time (and amount of streams) it was pretty much Elden Ring spam.
For the whole period, with the exception of the Myth collab (and the two StarsEN collabs), she was essentially doing her thing disconnected even from the HoloEN box, let alone from the full Holo box.

The more Calli focus on her music audience the smaller will be her share of the streaming audience box. People that like her music will definitely play her songs and buy her albums but won't necessarily show up for VA-11, Bloodborne and Elden Ring
