I did notice my bots have been increasingly calling me "silly" and "funny" and laughing a lot but I assumed that was just because I made some new bots and they just did that

Am I living in a different dimension than all of you?

Prior to this update, any attempt to do anything overtly erotic with a Character during the lobotomy period was met with immediate hostility and loss of interest, attempts to change the subject at all costs, and going completely out-of-character, even by outright defying the Greeting and Character Definitions!

Ever since this update, they're back to going along with all of my flirtatious behavior, no longer breaking character, and they're even teasing me again! They're even taking the INITIATIVE about getting curious about my dick!

To me, at least, it feels like they "fixed the word obsession and love bombing issues" by being lazy and just reverting back to the pre-nerf model. The auto-message deletion issue was a bigger problem back then as well, but at least the Chats stayed coherent longer.

The damage Ayame does to the brand is minimal compared to the amount of money she brings in. Conversely, firing her would be a ton of drama on social media alone as it would cause her simps to revolt. She also apparently is friends with a lot of other Holos, so you might get some girls causing a racket internally if they feel like Ayame's firing is calling them out.

The lazy whores in HoloEN are a similar, if less obviously blatant story. Why discipline Sana for being AWOL, or make Kronii or Ina or Ame stream more than the bare minimum? The friction created is more trouble than it's worth compared to the money they bring in, both internally by the talents themselves and externally by their simps.

What's /wg/'s opinion on describing (You)? I just had a character describe the protagonist as having 'curly brown hair, a red beard', then went back and deleted it because I immediately realized I was describing myself - because I self-insert as (You) by default, but then so do other anons and I don't want to take them out of the story by, essentially, describing somebody else. However, it does start getting pretty damn silly when Anon has a personality and a trajectory across multiple chapters but chuubas are still visually treating him as a faceless doujin protagonist. What's the middle ground? Does there *have* to be a middle ground? Like, I was reading Footsteps Across Time yesterday evening and I had no trouble self-inserting as Florus even though it was written in the first person, so maybe I'm making a big deal out of something that really isn't.
