for the anon who asked in the previous thread about the colour edit:
I'm using a tool called G'MIC-Qt, it should be available for most image editors based on their website. it has a buttload of filters, and there's one called Transfer Colours in it. It can sorta use a reference image and apply the color to another image with varying levels of success.
