You kinda forgetting that Irys Redesign was delayed multiple time. She said it herself that a lot of stuff behind the scene was dragging out the redesign.
I'm also positive the main reason Vesper is getting a redesign is mainly how much of an ovbvious rip-off it is from Alucard from Castlevania, I don't know what his papa was thinking. That is probably making Cover a bit nervous since Konami is shown not to be one that is shy from to sue anyone if they want to.
