I turned them on to see how long/tall I could make a screenshot of the comical amount of pending transactions that new, since last night zhonkbot was still sending. It quickly consumed like 1 GB RAM in Edge, on the Info page of all places, and crashed the tab before Task Manager could even update with how high it actually got. This machine has 32 GB RAM.
For reference, a fully loaded Market view with every single coin's graph visible rarely exceeds 400 MB RAM even with several days of history visible.
