That is an average of more than 90K per quarter for the average talent. That is a yearly middle class income, in one quarter.
Then take into account this includes holostars which means the top earners of hololive make a multiple more than that. If we take into account a graph from an older report, the top 20 talents make 60% of the revenue and if we estimate the 60% of the 1152 MM JPY thats 691.2 million JPY or 4.7 million USD shared among the top 20 talents in one quarter.

tl;dr: Many holos are millionaires
