Cute voice and design, kind, witty, eloquent, hard-working and puts in effort for her projects and streams, plays very well to the imperial princess thing, but combines it with endearing flaws like her terrible gambling addiction, flaring temper, and degree of social awkwardness. Some of the same reasons probably make her comparatively unknown for EN audiences, like her pool of references and vocabulary are very deep to the point that understanding her properly is more difficult than your average vtuber.
