If you're trying to cut an existing image to use as a PSD for a live2D, you just need to lasso tool off all of the parts you want to move individually and put them on a separate layer. Group together similar layers (Mouth, hair, eyes, etc.). Move them all together and paint in parts that might be visible if parts over them might move. The more layers you have the more detail in the movement you can get in the model.

Just use IMG2IMG on Minna and work from there, if you edit her base image you can get some good results, then img2img the prompts with characteristics that you like, thats what I did.
Sorry for not updating you guys but I'm still working on the live2d for mint, might have some more updates later this week.
