There was another instance where Peko basically tried to play the same exact prank on her with Sora again and it didn't work at all. Other than that there was the time Sora basically kidnapped her to show her her cool rail system and little town she built.
As for Watame and Luna there have been plenty of interactions, they collab quite a bit in groups and interact a lot offstream, including Towa burying her face in Watame's ass recently. There was the Splatoon collab with Luna/Iroha/Lap somewhat recently, and that Golden Week event.
Watame also made her the Minecraft shovel that she's still using, but that was over a year ago.

Team Migo for sure. Towa, Pego and Migo are my 3 favorites.
But they will lose, and in a hilarious way. I'm sure of it.
