I really like Tempus but Flayon is a hard watch for me and it's hard for me to describe why, it's like...he makes autism noises a lot and despite me being interested in his game choices, it makes him nearly impossible for me to watch

Just way too much screaming and loud interjections into other people's conversations, and he just sticks innuendo awkwardly into conversations where it doesn't belong...Tempus collabs sound like 7 bros and one Special Ed stupident that the teacher forces them to hang out with. It's just cringe.

Tempus is a group of guys streaming with anime avatars, but ironically Flay's problem is that he's TOO anime. Both in terms of his voice and his mannerisms. It makes him stick out like a sore thumb in collabs which usually leads to awkwardness.
I can appreciate that he's a good guy trying to give voice acting and life advice, but he needs to dial back his intensity a bit (which will be hard because he says that's just how he is).

Ok but seriously though, Flayon if you're /here/ it's time for some CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM

Save your girl voice for solo streams or ASMR, it's kinda cringe in group collabs
Don't be afraid to get competitive, the reason these streams are so entertaining are the salty bantz not the polite cutesy UwU shit.
Also because of your voice and your high quality mic you stick out a lot, so think carefully before you speak so we can avoid awkward moments.
