It's easier to point out flaws than it is to recognize something done well. The human brain is programmed to remember the bad more strongly than the good, it's a fault in our evolution. Its hard but so long as you are conscious of it, you can make the effort to have balanced feedback.
The real issue is with the nature of feedback itself, how do give feedback for something that's already good? You can say why or how something worked but ultimately it still just "Keep doing that." Still useful, but isn't necessarily going to improve your craft.
