I wonder if shes taking on so much because she feels like she has to get the most out of it while she can. You never know how long all of this will last. Hololive could crater in a year, Youtube could vastly change their system, they could all just fizzle out in 5 years.
I feel like she is taking on so much because shes trying to squeeze every last drop out of all of this. Its the smart thing to do but if you squeeze too much you risk damaging yourself or your brand.
