If it was management, they would have just said "inappropriate behavior with management". No fucking harm, no foul, no one would even give 2 shits.
Kronii basically said she bullied someone in management for poking at her personal manager, none of the girls or the fans would cause issues if the victim was management. Everyone would think "eh shit happens, something there's disagreements".

But if it was with a talent?
Consider something like this actually happening, and it's not something that's bad enough to be fired, just non-comfy stuff.
e.g. pushy DMs, flirting, deliberately missing hints, spamming, tagging them on the shared discord etc.
How do you balance giving punishment to the guy, without tarring and feathering the entire branch (for the same stuff so many of their antis were just WAITING for them to do), while ALSO making sure that the girl knows that the punishment was for harassing her, while also not making it seem like they were covering the whole thing up or taking the fall for the guy?

Fans wouldn't give a shit, but the talents and management themselves would know it was false.
