Ah shit, unfortunately I can't fix this one.
Xion doesn't make cards for Sunshine -- my guess is that the person who leaked this resaved the card to work with his game, not realizing doing so would remove the missing accessories from the card (see litter link for my demonstration of this).

Then, when he leaked it, he may have forgotten a mod. This is problematic, as it means I can neither check if the mods are actually in the game to add manually, nor can I ask around for the mod. Sorry...
