Okay you took the feedback there and just kinda reworded it back to me. You're not trying to list HOW you can address them. You can say and have said things like "I should" followed by a broad stroke statement, that's not the point of the exercise. Get into specifics, say what scenes and interactions you need to help you address the critiques you were given.
If your past works were well received for their prose, I would look back on your process and try to take things you did from there that you somehow forgot.

Who says it didn't change anyone's opinion / view of Towa as a character? Stories like that give a bunch of readers a window into some of the aspects of a chuuba, be they hyperbole or taken directly from the source and put onto paper. Just because someone doesn't release a story with Towa soon after, doesn't mean they aren't thinking about it.

Though past the premise, what would the plot of a fic running with it be? I can only imagine it either being a romance with the virtual world thing as a backdrop, or like a slice of life thing where you meet with her friends also doing the idol thing with the one thing they share in common being that they're disabled in real life; (i.e something like Miko's actually mute, Kanata's fully deaf, etc.)
