I see the issues with too many Koyos and Joshus on field. That's why I thought the flying Joshu would be good as assistant referee. It would just need the rotating tail and hands should work.
The main referee is a bigger issue. I remember Koyo had a gundam or so in some Hologra episode. Maybe it would make a good one.
