I dont know if it means anything but in nasfaqg the companies are independent and answer only to themselves, unlike CIO or KAG which are extensions of the 2434 government.

KAG has been talked about as having a district in one of the cities, this doesn't really imply any sort of alliance or the KAG having a say in nasfaqgian politics or "government" (as one doesn't really exist). However none of this has been canonized as of yet.
This also isn't really anything special, if you really want to you can set up shop in nasfaqg too, would just need to hammer out some details about that, you would be quite welcomed to bring your business here too.

Also it has not been confirmed which company we are negotiating with and i don't know where you got that idea.

Also this. Hoomans exist in nasfaqg and there have been and are some hooman ran companies in nasfaqg. I think it would be quite natural that such entities would have some connection with their ancestral homeland.

A more formal alliance could likely be formed with individual companies rather than the nation as a whole (the best would be some sort of a ATL style anti-piracy cooperation and a free trade pact. Individual companies can form proper military and/or research alliances, but the nation as a whole really cant.), but that's ultimately up to you.

We really just want to sell and buy stuff.

Dont fall into the trap where you convince yourself that everyone hates you, or dislikes you. That way you just end up acting in a way that will lead to those people and others to dislike you. You start to burn bridges, and act in extremely cynical ways. Then you fuck up, go a bit too far, hurt someone, and they call you out on it, which leads to more pain for you. And then you burn more bridges, thinking they did not exist to begin with.
You dont have to "play the part of the bad guy", its completely okay to accept you are a part of the thread, and to some people a beloved part of the thread, and act accordingly.
Just dont act as if you were hated. No need to be the bad guy, no one wants you to be that.
