Nah I think it's definitely gotta be someone new. While I agree that it doesn't have any of the normal signs that teases get, I think that's also what means it has to be that. Anything else that gets teased has hints from the forefront as to what you're getting. Like Candy Pop Explosion had people thinking for like 5 minutes it was a new member, but the group shot with matching outfits were enough to make a concert a popular assumption even before it was confirmed. There's nothing really else these vids could point to. A VShojo sitcom? People are here for the talents, not a scripted series that's starring other people. The game? WAY too early for ANYTHING solid on that front. Another concert? Would be cool, but this is not the way to get people hyped up, and it hasn't even been a year since the first one. Some crossover event? With who?

Teasing a new member is flexible enough that it could be anything deliberate, but unknown. I also think that someone would have probably tried to dissuade anyone from thinking it was a new member from the outset if it wasn't that. Instead we got the normal nobody knowing what's going on that they've done every time its been a new member before. Add in that the teases are hinting towards a person. Whether that's the party responsible for stealing Gun's briefcase or the "rats" in the ceiling. Or where I think this will go. Gun took his own briefcase without notifying anyone, and it's revealed at the end that it was never missing. Then the briefcase is opened up and inside is a letter + a proper tease towards the new person.
