This combined with the lack of a proper gen means there will be very little support from the other girls for her music.

Conversely, most of EN is aware of Sana's issues and her overall mood (dog dying, poor subs, projects getting cancelled, etc.) so they're more eager to encourage her song release to show support. It will probably be the only song she releases for a while too while IRyS' output is pretty steady, so why not show a bit more support? They also could simply like it.
