>If we look at Anycolor JUST from finance perspective, they are a hugely profitable company with almost no debt...
>Even in the worse case scenario they can just operate NijiJP and still make alot of profits
That's a dumb way to look at things because it is not factual.
They can't just "operate NijiJP and still make a lot of profit" unless they severely downsize their operation exactly like most technological companies do when they're facing a downturn.
The whole bet of this type of companies is twofold
1) Hire massively and try to expand their operation as wide as they can
2) Fire the excess workforce when they reach a growth limit and can't muscle their way into any additional market
Then you are faced with three questions.
First
>Which stage does it look like Anycolor is right now?
Second
>If their whole staff is under 350 people, who are the people they can fire to increase their profitability?
Third
>Does it look like they're firing people right now?
They gave a try and ditched the whole KR, ID structures plus Yumenographia wholesale. Does it really look like they have ANY fat to trim?
If not, they can continue being profitable but it is more likely than not that they'll have to cut the "long tail" and that goes for both their abroad operation and their local too
